Bratislava extends with Buc and Chovan

The iClinic Bratislava Capitals have extended the contracts with captain Dávid Buc and Martin Chovan for the 2021/22 season in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League. The two players were also nominated for the pre-camp of the Slovak national team.

With Dávid Buc and Martin Chovan, the iClinic Bratislava Capitals have made their first personnel decisions for the upcoming season. Captain Buc will play his third season for Bratislava. In the past campaign, the 34-year-old center finished with seven goals and 13 assists. Defender Chovan will enter his second season with the Capitals: In the current season, he played 35 games due to injury - he missed almost two months from the beginning of December – posted eleven points (3G|8A).

Both players will participate in the Slovak national team's four-day pre-camp starting April 7th in preparation for the IIHF World Championship in Riga. Craig Ramsay has invited seven skaters and two goalies for the first meeting, whose teams have already been eliminated in their respective leagues.
