After an away defeat in Kitzbühel, the Rittner Buam SkyAlps quickly returned to winning form. Forty seconds before the first intermission, new signing Brett Welychka gave the South Tyroleans the lead. This narrow 1-0 advantage stood until the final period, when Adam Giacomuzzi (46’) doubled the score with a screened shot. Moments later, Max Oberrauch broke free in front of Jesenice goalie Zan Us and scored his first-ever AHL goal to seal the 3-0 result. Goaltender Colin Furlong earned the shutout as Ritten climbed to fourth, while the Slovenian side slipped to second-last with only one win from five games.

HC Asiago celebrated their second straight win, the first in front of their home crowd. Captain Jose Magnabosco put the hosts ahead early, and in the middle frame Nicholas Porco added a power-play backhand rebound goal. Andrea Miglioranzi made it 3-0 with a shot into the far corner. In the final period, Filipp Rigoni put the game out of reach. The visitors’ sole goal came from Davide Girardi (58’, PP). Asiago moved up to tenth place, while Unterland dropped to the bottom of the standings.
