Contract extension in Vienna, Klagenfurt and Ljubljana

On Wednesday, the spusu Vienna Capitals and EC-KAC each announced a contract extension for the upcoming season in the win2day ICE Hockey League. The Viennese renew the cooperation with homegrown player Lukas Piff, while Klagenfurt decided to to continue the cooperation with forward Simeon Schwinger.

Further, HK SZ Olimpija re-signed 21-year-old forward Gregor Žeželj.

The spusu Vienna Capitals and defender Lukas Piff continue on the same path, as the 22-year-old Austrian, who played 54 games for the Viennese in the past season, extended his contract with his hometown club, while forwards Radek Prokes, Darik Angeli and Jérémy Grégoire, as well as defender Chad Krys will leave the club.

Schwinger starts first full season for EC-KAC
Austria international Simeon Schwinger, who joined the "Rotjacken" shortly before the transfer deadline in February, will now start his first full season with EC-KAC, with his contract staying valid for the 23-24 season. For Klagenfurt, the 25-year-old played in each of the last 15 games of the season, in which he came to an average time-on-ice of 10:21 minutes.

Gregor Žeželj stays with Ljubljana
The 21-year-old forward Gregor Žeželj, who has played in 27 ICE games so far, will remain part of the HK SŽ Olimpija team in the upcoming season.
