Hafro Cortina has its back to the wall in the quarter-final series against Jesenice, the Italians want to prevent the season from ending prematurely on Saturday. Forward Waltteri Lehtonen knows that his team has to make better use of their chances, as Cortina has only scored four goals in three games.

Cortina delivered a strong performance at the start of the quarter-final series, only losing 2:1 in overtime at Jesenice. After the first game, hardly anyone expected the next two duels to be clear-cut affairs. The Italians conceded a 4:1 defeat in their first home game, followed by a 7:2 loss in Slovenia on Thursday. "We didn't think much after the unfortunate defeat in the opener. It's always only one win in the play-offs, the result doesn't matter. But we only scored four goals in three games. That's not enough if you want to win. We had good chances in every game, but we could hardly capitalise on them. We have to find ways, even if Jesenice defends well," says Waltteri Lehtonen, who has scored once in the series so far.

Game four of the series can be watched live on valcome.tv from 20:30.
