Born in 1993, Nicolai Meyer initially played for his hometown club Frederikshavn, for whom he made his debut in the first team as a 16-year-old. He then moved to the Malmö Redhawks youth organization before returning to Frederikshavn at the start of the 12-13 season and becoming a national team player. Meyer, who wore the Danish jersey a total of 51 times, spent the last few years in Sweden and Finland. In the past season, he scored 16 goals and 26 assists for Liiga club Porin Ässät. At the last World Championship in Latvia, the 28-year-old played all seven group games and recorded one goal and one assist.

"For me, there is only one goal on the ice. Winning. As an offensive player, I try to feed my teammates with assists, but I also often look for the finish. I'm looking forward to the team and eager to get started right away," said Nicolai Meyer.

Jordan Caron leaves Vienna
Jordan Caron, on the other hand, has left the spusu Vienna Capitals again. The 30-year-old Canadian ended his career for private reasons and returned immediately to his home country.
