Hydro Fehérvár AV19 - EC-KAC
In the duel for the top of the table, leaders Fehérvár welcome their closest rivals EC-KAC. The Hungarians are currently one point ahead of Klagenfurt. Last weekend, Fehérvár suffered two defeats in Italy - 2:3/OT at Asiago and 2:5 in Bolzano. At home, on the other hand, the team from Székesfehérvár has won each of its last five games. The KAC first suffered a clear 0:5 defeat in Salzburg last week, followed by an 11:3 victory against Innsbruck. In the direct comparison with Fehérvár, the KAC was beaten in the first two encounters without scoring, but won the last duel 7:3.

EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV - Steinbach Black Wings Linz
In the game between Villach, who are seventh in the table, and Linz, who are sixth, important points are at stake in the battle for sixth place. The visitors from Upper Austria are currently one point ahead of the “Eagles” and have also played one game less. The Black Wings have clearly had the upper hand in the head-to-head meetings so far this season: After a 5:4 away win after overtime in the first game of the season, they celebrated two home victories (6:4, 5:1). Both teams are currently in more or less the same form, with three wins each from the last five games. VSV celebrated a commanding 4:1 away win at the Pioneers on Sunday and previously beat Vienna 6:3 at home. Linz were first beaten 1:2 in Vorarlberg before an 8:1 home win against Ljubljana followed. However, BWL are struggling on the road, with only three away wins in their last ten games.

Moser Medical Graz99ers - Pioneers Vorarlberg
Fifth-placed Graz hosts eleventh-placed Pioneers on Tuesda. The 99ers are currently three points ahead of seventh-placed VSV, while the Pioneers are already seven points behind the tenth-placed Vienna Capitals. On Sunday, the Pioneers suffered a 1:4 home defeat against Villach after two wins in a row. Graz, on the other hand, returned from their South Tyrol road trip with two victories - a 5:4 win in Bolzano and a 4:3/OT win at Pustertal. Overall, the Styrians have won six of their last eight games. The 99ers have won all three duels against the Pioneers so far this season (2:1, 2:1, 7:1).

spusu Vienna Capitals - HC Pustertal
Vienna celebrated an important 5:3 home win against defending champions Salzburg on Sunday and are now already seven points ahead of the eleventh-placed Pioneers. Pustertal has four points more than the Capitals and is in eighth place. The South Tyroleans were narrowly beaten at home by Graz 3:4 after overtime, but before that they had won two games in a row. They have suffered two narrow defeats (2:3/SO 0:1) against the Capitals in their three games so far this season, while the first encounter ended in a 4:2 win for the “Wolves”.

HC TIWAG Innsbruck - EC Red Bull Salzburg
Salzburg visit bottom-placed Innsbruck on Tuesday, who have only won one of their last thirteen games. The Red Bulls are in fourth place in the table and were beaten 3:5 in Vienna on Sunday. Before that, the defending champions had won three games in a row. Salzburg have been victorious against Innsbruck in all three encounters so far this season (3:1, 4:3, 6:1).

Olimpija Ljubljana - HCB Südtirol Alperia
The 46th round will also see the duel between Ljubljana and Bolzano. The hosts have failed to win either of their last two games and have slipped to ninth place in the table. Third-placed Bolzano recently beat Fehérvár 5:2 after suffering two defeats in a row. With 79 points, the “Foxes” are currently three points behind the top of the table. Ljubljana, on the other hand, already have a comfortable eleven-point lead over the eleventh-placed Pioneers. Olimpija have not won any of their three encounters against Bolzano so far this season (2:5, 1:2/SO, 3:4).

Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey - Steinbach Black Wings Linz
The 47th round already starts on Wednesday with one game in which Linz, who plays in Villach the day before, face Asiago away from home. The Italians are free from play on Tuesday. The team from Veneto is in twelfth place in the table. They were beaten by the Black Wings in both away duels this season (5:7, 2:8). At home, however, Asiago won with 3:0.
