  • Due to Corona-related travel restrictions, the two games of the fifth and sixth Qualification Round will be played in Dornbirn on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • The two teams are tied atop the Qualification Round standings in points after the fully completed fourth round. Dornbirn has the edge in the tie in points due to their better finish in the first phase.
  • The two teams' lead over the dangerous fourth place already melted down to two points.
  • In the first phase of the regular season, all four duels went to the Bulldogs. Bratislava managed to score only one point in this encounter. This was achieved by the newcomer from Slovakia in the last duel on February 7. William Rapuzzi provided the decision for the Vorarlbergers in overtime at that time.
  • William Rapuzzi has scored in three of the four duels so far.
  • Both teams were not able to carry the momentum of the first phase into the Qualification Round. While Bratislava at least managed to take six points out of a possible twelve, Dornbirn only managed four out of twelve.
  • The Bulldogs failed to win in their last two games. An overtime defeat against Innsbruck was followed by a "zero" against the Graz99ers.
  • Bratislava had to admit defeat last clearly with 0:4 against the Black Wings 1992. It was only the third time that the Slovaks failed to score a single goal in a bet-at-home ICE Hockey League match. Twice of that against Bolzano.
