The EC-KAC Future Team got back on winning ways in Tuesday’s lone Alps Hockey League game, as the young "Rotjacken" won on the road at the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan despite a two-goal deficit with 5-2. For Klagenfurt it was the first win after six consecutive losses.

he EC-KAC Future Team put an end to their six-game losing streak, as the young "Rotjacken" prevailed at the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan with 5-2 and won a game again since September 27th and moved up to eleventh place in the standings after their fourth win of the season. The guests from Carinthia trailed early, as Justin Maylan (3./SH1) converted in a shorthanded situation and further the Canadian added another in the 17th minute. From then on, Kirk Fury's team took control of the game, with the Slovenian Anze Siftar (18.) scoring the equalizer before the end of the first period. In the second period, the EC-KAC Future Team cleared it early with goals from Slivnik (22.), Lippitsch (24.) and a powerplay goal from Gomboc (34./PP1), before Finn van Ee (53.) provided the final score. For the South Tyroleans, which are still in ninth place, it was the second defeat in a row.
