Four games are scheduled on Sunday in the 14th round of the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga. In addition, another game follows on Monday. In the duel Hydro Fehérvár AV19 against the EC-KAC two enormously strong teams meet each other. The Hungarians won the last three games, the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga title holder from Klagenfurt has been unbeaten in six games. Leader EC Red Bull Salzburg plays against the EC Panaceo VSV. Salzburg signs attacker with NHL experience

On Friday, the EC Red Bull Salzburg announced the signing of Connor Brickley. The 27-year-old American played in the past seasons among others 81 games in the NHL for the Florida Panthers and the New York Rangers.

For Connor Brickley Salzburg is the first engagement in Europe. The striker is originally from the NCAA, where he played from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Vermont. Shortly before the start in the college league, he won the gold medal at the U18 World Cup with the American national team in 2010 and was also in the squad of the U20 team of the United States.

From 2014 to last Brickley then played alternately in the NHL at the Florida Panthers and the New York Rangers (a total of 81 games, 6 goals, 15 assists), as well as four different AHL clubs (American Hockey League, a total of 260 games, 62 goals, 64 assists).
