The Moser Medical Graz99ers have added forward Casey Bailey for the new season in the win2day ICE Hockey League, as the 32-year-old US-American arrives from ERC Ingolstadt. He missed most of the regular season with the DEL quarter-finalists due to injury and only played 27 games in total (8G|7A).

Semifinalist HCB Südtirol Alperia has poached Michele Marchetti from win2day ICE Hockey League rival Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey. The Italian international was already under contract with the "Foxes" between 2016 and 2018 and also won a championship with Bolzano.

Further, the spusu Vienna Capitals have signed Canadian forward Brett Kemp, who heads to Europe for the first time.

An upper body injury at the end of October 2023, which resulted in surgery, forced Casey Bailey to take a four-month break at ERC Ingolstadt – meaning he was unable to build on his strong seasons with DEL rivals Iserlohn in terms of points: in three seasons for the Roosters, the forward recorded 57 goals and 70 assists. Before that, Bailey had already played in the NHL, KHL, SHL and AHL.

Marchetti played the following seasons exclusively with Asiago, with the exception of the 2019-20 campaign (Fassa). He scored 15 goals and provided eleven assists for the Italians in the past ICE season.

Vienna signs forward Brett Kemp
The spusu Vienna Capitals have signed Canadian forward Brett Kemp. For the 24-year-old, the win2day ICE Hockey League club is his first stop in Europe. He has signed a one-year contract. Kemp, who can play both center and wing, spent last season in the ECHL with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and in the American Hockey League with the San Jose Barracuda and Manitoba Moose. In addition to his 30 AHL appearances, Kemp played 119 games in the ECHL and recorded just as many points.
