After the signing of two Finnish import players, EK Zeller Eisbären have now extended contracts of two Austrian forwards. While 21-year-old Manuel Rosenlechner heads into his second season with the polar bears, local Alexander Fazokas (22) stays another year with his home club, too.

21-year-old Manuel Rosenlechner played in all age groups for EC Red Bull Salzburg, before joining the polar bears last season. He worked hard for a regular spot on the team and despite scoring only one goal in 27 games,  he could convince those responsible at the club. Alexander Fazokas, who is one year older, played his first game on senior level in Zell am See in 2013. In the last four seasons he has made 107 games for his home club. Both players signed for one more campaign while Christoph Frank takes time out from hockey because of an imminent fatherhood.
