Canadian Olivier Latendresse, who played last season for EC VSV in Erste Bank Eishockey Liga, joins Fehervar AV19. Aaron Brocklehurst stays at Vienna.

Olivier Latendresse is already best known in the Erste Bank Eishockey League: Since the 2011/12-season the Canadian played already for the Moser Medical Graz99ers, EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz and EC VSV in Austrians highest League and scored 212 points (93G/119A) from totally 279 games. 2008 the strong Power-Forward was ECHL Kelly Cup Champion with the Cincinnati Cyclones. Now the 31-years old Forward joins Fehervar AV19 for the 2017/18-season. „Olivier Latendresse will bring a lot of experience to our team in the locker room and a good scoring touch, plus he is a good play maker. He had success in the Erste Bank Eishockey League before and he wants to have success again!“, reports Head Coach Benoit Laporte.

Champion UPC Vienna Capitals extended the contract with defenseman Aaron Brocklehurst, who had 2016/17 with +33 the third best +/-statistic in the League.
