Black Wings sign forward and defender
The 39-year-old CHL Champion of 2018 spent most of his career at his home club JYP Jyväskylä. After a short stopover at the Russian KHL participant Amur Khabarovsk, the striker ran for three seasons at Lausanne HC in the Swiss NLA.

Juha-Pekka Hytönen: "I hope that I can show good ice hockey to give the Black Wings some victories. I've heard about Linz that it's supposed to be a family-friendly city and the fans in the rink are extremely loud.

Gregor Baumgartner, Manager Black Wings "With Hytönen we were able to bring an absolute leader to Linz. With his quality and his game structure he will give us a lot of depth on the center position".

Furthermore, the Black Wings were able to sign Austrian defender Laurin Müller. Last season still with Bregenzerwald in the Alps Hockey League, the 23-year-old wants to take the next step in his career now.

Laurin Müller: "Linz is my home and I want to gain as much playing experience as possible. I will give my best in every practice, in every off ice training and in every game to be able to play a few games in the ICE team".
