The video recording of the relevant part of Peter Schneider's "post-game interview" leaves no doubt as to the statement made by the player. Through the statement made, which expresses the appearance or accusation of partisanship on the part of the "league", the player has committed the offence of violating sporting integrity in accordance with Part I | Disciplinary Measures. The penalty range for this is set out in the ICE Game Book at between EUR 2,500.00 and EUR 25,000.00.

The integrity and incorruptibility of a league organization in general and the win2day ICE Hockey League in particular is the highest good of a sports organization. To make the statement in question without need and without justification, without evidence and without proof damages the product, the image and the status of the win2day ICE Hockey League, especially in the playoffs and the final series.

50% of the fine imposed (EUR 2,500.00) will be imposed conditionally, subject to a probationary period of 24 months. In the event that similar actions or statements are made within the next 24 months, the conditional part of the fine will be revived.
