>>HC Orli Znojmo and EC VSV will face in the eagles-clash on Tuesday. Both teams have an eagle in their logo. The Czechs are called „Red Eagles“ from their fans, while Villach‘s name ist also blue & white Eagles.
>>Both teams started with defeats after the International Break and will try to return on the winning-street on Tuesday at Znojmo. EC VSV lost both games after the break against the Moser Medical Graz99ers (2:5) and Fehervar AV19 (1:2/SO). HC Orli Znojmo lost on Sunday at Vienna 4:6.
>>HC Orli Znojmo was successful in the last four eagle-clashes, inter alia the Czechs won the first season-meeting at Villach 2:0.
>>EC VSV has an interesting statistic from the last 14 games. The blue & white Eagles always won two games and then they lost twice. Now the statistic looks like this: D/D/W/W/D/D/W/W/D/D/W/W/D/D…! If this series continues like that, the Carinthians must win now their next two games at  Znojmo (Tue) and then on Friday at home against the Dornbirn Bulldogs.
>>For both teams it is a 6-point-game. Villach is sixth with 27 points, while HC Orli Znojmo is just on place 10, but also has already 25 points. The teams are separated by four places, but by just two points. This means Znojmo could overtake Villach in the ranking with three points on Tuesday, while Villach could leave one opponent in the fight for a Top-6-place far behind.

>>With Fehervar AV19 and EC-KAC the two best teams of the last five rounds will face on Tuesday at Szekesfehervar. The Hungarins won their last five games and have the longest winning-series of all teams in this moment. EC-KAC got eleven points (four wins) from the last five games.  Both teams also won both games after the International Break, same did just EC Red Bull Salzburg.
>>Fehervar A19 played strong in the defense lately. The Hungarians received just five goals in the last five games or 310 minutes. Twice (against Vienna and Bozen) goalie MacMillan Carruth, who is a with a save% of 94,5% and a GAA of 1,96 already the number 2 in the League, even celebrated a Shut Out.
>>Fehervar AV19 and EC-KAC scored so far the fewest number of goals. The Hungarians were successful so far 42 times in 20 rounds, Klagenfurt 50 times.
>>Lately Fehervar AV19 had a good run, nevertheless the Devils are the worst home-team. The Devils collected so far 15 points (five wins) from nine games. Klagenfurt on the other side in the number 3 on the road. The Red Jackets collected 14 points (five wins) from nine road-games,. Lately the Carinthians were successful on the road four times in a row.
>>Fehervar AV19 was successful in the last two home-games (against Klagenfurt). The first season-clash was won by EC-KAC 3:1.

>>Dornbirn Bulldogs and HCB Südtirol Alperia will face in the bottom-clash on Tuesday at Dornbirn. In this moment the Italians are at the bottom with 22 points, Dornbirn is on place eleven with 22 points. The looser will be last after Tuesday-game.
>>Both teams won their last game:  The Vorarlberger beat EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz on Sunday 3:2 after Shoot Out, while the Foxes were successful in the Tyrolean derby. The Italians beat Innsbruck at home 1:0. Both teams could celebrated so far just once two wins in a row.

>>EC Red Bull Salzburg makes their first game at Zagreb since March 5th 2013 or 1722 days. In those days the Mozart Citizens won at Dom Sportova 5:4 after Overtime. Also the first season-clash was won by the Austrians 3:1.
>>Home-power faces road-strength! KHL Medvescak Zagreb got points from all nine home-games so far (seven wins). Lately the Bears won five home-games in a row. But take attention: EC Red Bull Salzburg is strong on the road, lately the Mozart Citizens got four road-wins in a row.
>> KHL Medvescak Zagreb is still without points after the International Break. The Bears lost against EC-KAC 1:4. The Red Bulls on the other side won lately three games in a row. Same as EC-KAC and Fehervar AV19 the Red Bulls are still unbeaten after the International Break.
>>The Croatians had an up and down in their last four games, a win and a defeat always rotated. Following this statistic after the defeat at Klagenfurt now should follow a win again.
>> Matthias Trattnig, Thomas Raffl, Dominique Heinrich, Ryan Duncan, Alexander Pallestrang were part of Salzburgs team already 2013, when the Red Bulls played last time at Zagreb. For Medvescak  David Brine even made a goal in those days.
