Five games are scheduled on Saturday

On Saturday only five games are scheduled in the Alps Hockey League. After Hockey Milano Rossoblu released four import players, including their two best scorers, during the last days they are facing Rittner Buam on the road. Ritten won six consecutive home games in the past. The VEU Feldkirch and EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau each battling for second spot in standings. While Feldkirch meets EC “Die Adler” Stadtwerke Kitzbühel, Lustenau welcomes EK Die Zeller Eisbären. Second last HC Fassa Falcons hosts leader HC Pustertal Wolves. S.G. Cortina Hafro and HC Gherdeina valgardena.it each trying to make the pre-playoff spot safer. Further, HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice presented Marcel Rodman as their new head coach. The EC-KAC II signed Nate DiCasmirro.

HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice hires Marcel Rodman as new head coach

HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice found a new head coach for the upcoming games in the Alps Hockey League season. The former Jesenice player Marcel Rodman took over ninth ranked team. Lately, Rodman worked at KHL Medvescak Zagreb as assistant coach. He played at Jesenice early in his career and was also representing the Slovenian national team at the Olympic Games in Sochi. He showed up in EBEL, DEL and KHL during his career. 

EC-KAC II signs Nate DiCasmirro

Bottom-placed EC-KAC II strengthened its roster with Nate DiCasmirro. The forward collected a lot of experience while playing for EC Panaceo VSV and HCB Südtirol Alperia in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga. Lately, he played in the AHL for Jesenice and Pustertal Wolves. He will also be part of the coaching staff.
