The EC-KAC celebrated a 12:0 record win against KHL Medvescak Zagreb. This was the highest win of a team of Erste Bank Eishockey Liga ever. But Andrew Kozek broke another record. He was the first player scoring six goals in one game. Kozek started with a natural Hattrick and also delivered three Assists.

Fehervar AV19 keeps the battle for the top-6 places exciting. On the road at Linz the Hungarians celebrated a 3:2 success and shortened the gap to Linz to two points. Janos Hari scored the winning goal in the 48th minute. Before that Linz tied the game two times. It was the first win of Fehervar against Linz this season.

The EC Panaceo VSV celebrated the third road win this season. Against the Moser Medical Graz (second placed) the second to the last place team grinded out a 5:2 success. Three goals in the final period brought the decision. It was the first defeat of the 99ers against a Carinthian team this season. The 99ers booked six straight wins against VSV in comprehensive seasons.

The spusu Vienna Capitals increased their lead in the standings. On the road against HC Orli Znojmo the Caps celebrated a 7:5 success. The leader of the lead already had a 5:0 advantage. After that Znojmo started to catch up. Peter Schneider scored in total three goals and brought the decision for the Capitals.

The EC Red Bull Salzburg ended its negative streak. Salzburg won on the road at Bolzano with 4:2. After only 45 seconds in the game Bolzano captured the lead. But the semi finalist of the Champions Hockey League kept its nerves and succeeded with the turn around. It was already the third win of Salzburg against Bolzano this season.

The HC TWK Innsbruck repeated last weeks success and decided again the west derby against the Dornbirn Bulldogs. Insbruck already had a 6:0 advantage. The Bull Dogs tried to come back in the finals period and scored three goals. But Innsbruck didn’t let the game become exciting again and celebrated a 6:3 success. With that win, Innsbruck is still in battle for the top-6.
