Former league MVP Brady Shaw is Budapest's first new signing

Brady Shaw is the first new signing for FTC-Telecom Budapest. The former league MVP joins Ferencváros from French Cup winners Angers. While the Moser Medical Graz99ers have brought Chris Collins back to the win2day ICE Hockey League, Simon Bourque is moving from Bolzano to the Vienna Capitals.

Brady Shaw is the first new addition to FTC-Telecom Budapest. The 32-year-old winger joins Ferencváros from French Cup winners Angers. It is a return to the win2day ICE Hockey League for the Canadian, where he previously played for Hydro Fehérvár AV19 and HC TIWAG Innsbruck. In the 2022/23 season, the former HCI player was even named MVP of the regular season.

Chris Collins is another league returnee, signing a contract with the Moser Medical Graz99ers. The centre already played four years with EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV, where he recorded a total of 159 points (70G & 89A) in 204 games. In the last two seasons, the 33-year-old was with Augsburg in the DEL.

Simon Bourque will take to the ice for the Vienna Capitals in the coming season. The 28-year-old Canadian is moving from HCB Südtirol Alperia to the Austrian capital. The defenceman played 159 league games in three seasons in the win2day ICE Hockey League for the Foxes and HC TIWAG Innsbruck, recording 91 points (19 goals + 72 assists).

Contract extensions in Ljubljana and Salzburg
Shawn Lalonde remains with Olimpija Ljubljana. The 35-year-old defenceman joined the Slovenian club towards the end of last season and played five games. EC Red Bull Salzburg has continued its co-operation with forward Luca Auer. The 20-year-old has already played 165 league games.
