  • Innsbruck conceded their eighth defeat in a row in a 6-3 loss to Fehérvár on Friday - the Sharks, winless since 20 December, have slipped to eighth in the table
  • After the 6-2 home win over Vienna in Michael Schiechl's debut, the Moser Medical Graz99ers (seventh place) continue with a road trip.
  • The team travels to Tirol on Saturday, where the duel with HCI awaits on Sunday in the PULS 24 live match. On Monday, Gustafsson's team will face Dornbirn away from home.
  • After the 99ers won the first two duels of the season, the Innsbruck side prevailed in Graz in mid-December.
  • The three meetings so far this season have all been high-scoring, with a total of 29 goals scored.
    • Anthony Cameranesi has 4 goals and 3 assists against HCI this season.
    • Daniel Ciampini, who leads both the league scoring and goalscoring charts, collected 8 points against Graz (3 goals, 5 assists)
  • The teams have faced each other 102 times in league history - both sides have recorded 51 wins each so far.
  • With captain Daniel Oberkofler and Matias Sointu two players return to the 99ers line-up. However, the Styrians will have to do without Ben Bowns and Johan Porsberger.

Sun, 10.01.2021, 17:30: spusu Vienna Capitals - EC GRAND Immo VSV
Referees: FICHTNER, SIEGEL, Gatol, Riecken | >> PPV-STREAM <<

  • The third-placed Capitals' five-game winning streak came to an end on Friday when they went 2-6 down in Graz
  • VSV (10th), on the other hand, narrowly beat Dornbirn 2-1 at home
  • The Viennese are 24 points ahead of the Carinthians in the standings, who have won both of their duels so far this season (4:1 and 2:1 after penalty shootout).
  • Kristers Gudlevskis was the centre of attention in both games: the VSV goalkeeper saved a total of 86 shots.
  • Since the league was founded, there have been 130 duels - the Viennese have won 67 games.
  • The Eagles are still without convalescents Jamie Fraser, Patrick Bjorkstrand, Christof Wappis and Philipp Kreuzer. Jordan Caron returns to the roster after suspension

Sun, 10.01.2021, 17:30: Dornbirn Bulldogs - Steinbach Black Wings 1992
Referees: BERNEKER, VIRTA, Martin, Tschrepitsch | >> PPV-STREAM <<

  • After the New Year's win in Innsbruck, sixth-placed Dornbirn lost their next three games
  • The Black Wings, on the other hand, have been waiting six games for a winning result
  • The Bulldogs now face a home double-header: on Sunday, the Vorarlberg side welcome bottom-of-the-table Linz and on Monday, the Graz99ers.
  • The Bulldogs have met the Black Wings three times this season. The Vorarlberg team won all three games after regulation time. The Bulldogs scored 14 goals and conceded six.
  • After the 1:3 defeat against the Dornbirn Bulldogs on 19 December, the Black Wings management decided to dismiss coach Pierre Beaulieu. His successor Dan Ceman celebrated one win in seven games.
  • In the league comparison, Linz won 27 of 41 games against the Vorarlberg team.
  • Kevin Macierzynski scored two goals in the last three games and set up another three goals. Dornbirn's number 71 is still one point short of breaking the 100-points barrier in Austria's top division.

  • The Slovaks won two of three season duels with the Carinthians, narrowly keeping the upper hand with 2-1 and 3-2 victories respectively
  • Eight of the Caps' last ten games have been decided by a one-goal difference
  • In the three duels so far this season, the team that scored the first goal was the winner.
  • The KAC will definitely have to do without Blaž Gregorc and David Fischer. Rok Tičar, Dennis Sticha, Daniel Obersteiner and Martin Schumnig are questionable.
