Christian Engstrand has played eight games for the Moser Medical Graz99ers. The Swede celebrated six victories and has a strong save percentage of 92.9%. This makes Christian Engstrand the best goalie in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League at the moment. The 99ers' management is also very pleased with Christian Engstrand's performance. So General Manager Bernd Vollmann has agreed with the goalkeeper on a contract extension until the end of the season.

"About a week ago I decided to stay for the rest of the year. Both city and the team have given me a great welcome so far, so it was clear for me to stay. Hopefully we can get to the quarterfinals here in the next few weeks. And then we want to try together to go as far as possible in the playoffs," says Christian Engstrand.
