Halftime of regular season brings important battles

On Fride the 22nd round wof Erste Bank Eishockey will be close. For the most teams this is the halftime of the regular season and the battle for important points in midfield is already full in swing. The  5th and the 11th place are only separated by four points. Teams need to capture important points to get closer to the eligible top-6 places.

  • Two of the three best scorers of the league are Innsbruck players. Andrew Yogan (27 points) and Mitch Wall (24 Points) are the go-to-guys for Innsbruck. Best scorer of KAC is Johennes Bischofsberger with 18 points.

Kevin Kapstad, Defender KAC: „We had a good rhythm in the past weeks, we keep on improving from game to game. We need to keep a minimum level of quality, also when our rhythm will drop again. It was never easy to play against Innsbruck.”
