In his first season in Bolzano, Cole Hults scored 36 points in 64 games (5G | 31A) and finished the regular season with an impressive plus/minus of +40. In the playoffs, he reached the final with Bolzano, in which the South Tyroleans lost to the EC Red Bull Salzburg in game seven. Hults scored the opening goal in the deciding game. Last season, the US-American played for HKM Zvolen in Slovakia, where he was the team's top scoring defenseman (9 goals and 30 assists in 60 games).

Cole Hults: “I continued to follow Bolzano last season and I have to say that I knew I wanted to go back sooner or later: losing game seven left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I'm hungry for revenge. I really missed Italy, Bolzano and its fans: I think it has everything you need, from the organization to the area and the hockey culture. I want to finish the job we started two years ago. There is nothing that motivates me more. The foundation of the team has remained the same, plus there are some new additions that can make the difference. The level of the league has risen, but we have everything we need to be in contention for the title.”

Asiago extends with homegrown player Stevan
The 31-year-old Michele Stevan has worn the jersey of Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 691 times so far. Only three players have played more games for the team from Veneto. Matteo Tessari is at the top with 768 games. Last season, the forward played 37 games and scored three points.

Michele Stevan: “I believe that the team has great potential this year and it will be up to us to work together to form a cohesive group so that the new arrivals can settle in and fully develop their skills. I'm also convinced that the change of coach will be an additional incentive for everyone.”
