Short text 292 CharactersPlain text

An intense first half of the season leaves its mark on the teams. Especially affected are the Moser Medical Graz99ers, EC Red Bull Salzburg and EC-KAC. However, the Styrians are the only team in the win2day ICE Hockey League where not a single crack could play all games of the season so far.

The Moser Medical Graz99ers have already played 29 of 48 regular season games. In these 29 games head coach Johan Pennerborn used 31 different cracks - but none of them could play all games. With Viktor Granholm and Michael Kernberger only two players, who were in the Graz squad from the beginning, missed only one match. Graz was hit particularly hard in the first few months of the season with absences due to injury or illness.

EC Red Bull Salzburg was particularly hard hit by the double burden of league play and the Champions Hockey League. The dense program demanded numerous absences. With Benjamin Nissner, Dennis Robertson and Chay Gennoway, only three were able to play all 26 games.

One of the hardest hit was the EC-KAC. A few weeks ago, the KAC had only 13 field players available. With Thomas Koch, Lukas Haudum, Johannes Bischofberger, Daniel Obersteiner and Jesper Jensen-Aabo, the list of long-term absentees seems endless. After all, six EC-KAC cracks have been able to play all 26 games so far.
