In this year's Champions Hockey League final, Rögle Ängelholm will host Finnish representative Tappara Tampere on March 1, 2022. As the CHL has now announced, top referees from the Czech Extraliga and the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League will officiate the final. Head referees are the two Czechs Robin Šír and Vladimír Pešina. They will be assisted by two linesmen from the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League, Simon Riecken from Austria and Oto Durmis from Slovakia.

Simon Riecken, Linseman: "It's a huge honor to be part of the CHL final. You work your whole career for games like this and invest an incredible amount of time. To get the experience on this stage is worth a lot and really cool. Being nominated motivates me to keep putting a lot of work into this job."
