HC TIWAG Innsbruck delivered an appealing performance in front of their home crowd also in their sixth game of the Champions Hockey League. The Sharks challenged the Swedish top team Skellefteå AIK until the final minutes, but then had to admit defeat with 2:4. Goalie Markus Gratzer, who was playing for Innsbruck for the first time this season, was delighted with an absolutely commanding debut in the Champions Hockey League. Senna Peeters and Kele Steffler provided the goals for Innsbruck. Despite the defeat, the Sharks are confidently in the round of 16 of the Champions Hockey League. They will find out their opponent on Wednesday, after the conclusion of the last Regular Season games.

Salzburg says goodbye with defeat
