After three seasons at HCB Südtirol Alperia in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga, Jacob Smith moved to the HC Gherdeina valgardena.it past summer. In his first Alps Hockey League campaign the 25-year-old goalie played only 33 games – missing eleven matches due to a knee injury. Overall, he posted a nearly 92 save percentage and had to take 3,09 goals against on average.

Aleksandar Magovac signs at Ljubljana | Slovenian talent Bine Masic plays for Jesenice
Aleksandar Magovac returns home to Slovenia, as the defender signed a two-year deal with reigning champions Ljubljana. The defender last played in Slovakia for HC Nové Zámky. Prior that he won the titel in Synerglace Ligue Magnus with Grenoble. Magovec played already 92 games in AHL for HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice, which welcomes Slovenian talent Bine Masic. The 17-year-old defender of HD Jesenice Mladi was part of several junior national teams in the last years.
