Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel's run of success came to an end in the top game against Jesenice. The Slovenians led 2:0 after eleven minutes, but Alexander Maxa brought the home side to within one goal in the first period. Maxa even equalised after the restart and the game went into the third period at 2:2. The visitors proved to be efficient there: first Tadej Cimzar scored in the powerplay, followed by two goals from Gregor Koblar to clinch a 5:2 away win. The Slovenians thus improved to third place.

Over 2,00 fans attended the game between the second-placed Zell Eisbären and bottom-placed Bregenzerwald. After a goalless first period - in which the visitors had their chances - the home side took the lead in the 30th minute through Philipp Putnik. Felix Koschek made it 2:0 shortly before the second period break. While Nick Huard finally ensured the final score, goalie Alois Schultes celebrated his first shutout of the season. It was the sixth win in a row for the Pinzgau team.

In front of over 1,500 spectators, KHL Sisak celebrated their fifth win in their seventh game of the season. The Croatians won 4:2 against Meran despite trailing. After the South Tyroleans took an early lead, league top scorer Bruno Idzan and his brother Vito Idzan turned the game in the hosts' favour. Sisak briefly pulled 3:1 ahead in the final period, but Chad Pietroniro brought the visitors back into contention. In the end, Bruno Idzan's second goal decided the game in Sisak's favour.

Unterland confirmed the strong upward trend in form - the Cavaliers had gained at least one point five times in a row before the game in Sterzing, winning three of them. The team from Neumarkt took a 2:0 lead after the first period thanks to goals from Murnieks and Pichler. The Broncos closed the gap to one goal in the middle period, but the Cavaliers scored two late goals to secure a 4:1 away win. Unterland thus improved to eighth place.
