With their fourth straight win, the Red Bull Hockey Juniors climbed to first place in the Alps Hockey League. Salzburg defeated Jesenice 3–0. Twelve seconds before the end of the first period, Oberhauser put the visitors ahead. In the second frame, league top scorer Eliseev doubled the lead on a 5-on-3 power play. Jesenice threw everything forward in the final period, but Schreiner sealed the deal with a 3–0 goal. Goalie Ankirchner recorded his first shutout of the season.

KHL Sisak had to give up the top spot. For the fourth time the AHL matchup between the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan and the Croatian team went to Sterzing. The hosts stormed to a commanding 3–0 lead after an explosive first period, but the game was far from decided. Sisak came back in the middle frame, and Malenica tied the game at 3–3 in the 46th minute. Shortly after, Eisendle restored the lead and secured the 4–3 victory. With their first win after two losses, the Broncos improved to seventh place.

Zell am See pushed into the top five with a derby win. The reigning champion defeated Kitzbühel 3–2 at home. The visitors struck first through Podlipnik, but Coffman equalized before the end of the opening period. In front of nearly 2,100 fans, the home team turned the game around in the second frame as newcomer Tomazevic and captain Wilfan made it 3–1. Kitzbühel managed only one more goal.

HC Migross Asiago came out on top in the traditional clash with Cortina and moved up to eighth place. Porco and Chiodo gave the home side an early 2–0 lead. Cortina cut the deficit to 1–2 in the second period with a power-play goal from Kris Pietroniro. Asiago then decided the game in the final period: quick goals from Porco and Magnabosco within 18 seconds gave them a comfortable lead, in the end they won 4:2.

Bottom-ranked HC Unterland also had reason to celebrate, earning their second win of the season. The Cavaliers beat Meran 4–2 on the road. Although the home side took the lead twice in the opening period, Unterland equalized again in the middle frame. In the last period, the visitors completed the comeback as power-play goals from Galassiti and Galimberti secured the away win.
