Kevin Clark Joins EC-KAC
EC-KAC has added Kevin Clark, an experienced forward, to its roster for the rest of the season. The 37-year-old Canadian replaces the injured Johannes Bischofberger and brings a wealth of international experience to Klagenfurt.

Clark has played in Europe's top leagues, including the DEL, SHL, NL, and KHL, and has achieved several milestones: Top scorer in the SHL (2016/17), German champion (2021/22), and DEL Player of the Year (2014/15). Last season, he played for Düsseldorfer EG, but due to bureaucratic hurdles, a European contract had not been possible until now.

KAC Head Coach Kirk Furey:
"Kevin is an experienced player who knows how to win. We are convinced that he can help us during these crucial months of the season."

Balázs Varga Returns to Fehérvár
Hydro Fehérvár AV19 has signed Balázs Varga, a talented Hungarian forward, on loan for the rest of the season, with a contract extending through the 2025/26 campaign.

The 20-year-old Varga returns to his boyhood club after spending the past years playing in Finland. After stints with KooKoo and JYP, he made his debut in Finland’s top-tier Liiga in 2023 and also played for the Hungarian national team. At the Division I/A World Championship, he recorded five points in five games and was named Hungary’s Best Rookie by the country’s ice hockey federation.

Fehérvár General Manager Viktor Szélig:
"Balázs is a strong-built player with a great shot, as he has already demonstrated in the national team. Since JYP could not offer him the right development opportunities, we quickly reached an agreement to bring him to Fehérvár for this season and the next."
