The EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel won the return match against the EC Bregenzerwald with 4️:2️. On aggregate the duel ended with 9️:3️ for the Tyroleans. Man of the match was Patrick Bolterle (KEC) with two goals. Kitzbühel scored all four goals in the Special Team.

Similar to the first leg, the EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel also set the tone in the second leg against the EC Bregenzerwald. The first goal of the game was scored in the twelfth minute. Mikael Johansson scored in the powerplay. Kitzbühel shot all four goals in the Special Team.

In the second period, it was the EC Bregenzerwald who achieved the first goal. Jonas Kutzer scored the 1:1 and then it was Kitzbühel again who set the tone. Patrick Bolterle scored twice and increased the score to 3:1. Five minutes before the end it was David Kreuter who made the final decision in favor of the Tyroleans. Twenty seconds before the end of the game, Richard Schlögl (ECB) shot the last goal of the evening. For Kitzbühel it was the first victory in the second return 2-play duel, for Bregenzerwald it was the second defeat.
