On Sunday EC-KAC earned a 4:1 home win against Bolzano, being just one win away from the semis. While Graz and Vienna restored the series lead at home, Salzburg got a road win in Fehervar.

The Moser Medical Graz99ers retook the lead in the "best-of-seven"-series against the Liwest Black Wings Linz with Matt Garbowsky making the game winner right at the beginning of the overtime. After a goalless first, everything went quickly in the middle frame with Linz having a 3:2 lead. With his second of the night Travis Oleksuk forced overtime and with Garbowsky's goal, Graz is 2:1 up in the series.

After the marathon overtime affair EC-KAC got another big win on Sunday. The Carinthinas beat Bolzano 4:1 at home for a 3:0 series lead. Matt Neal opened the scoring with the first period's only goal. Halfway through the second the hosts added a brace for a 3:0 lead. Luca Frigo just scored the consoltion goal but Hundertpfund made it safe with an empty netter.

Fehervar AV19 vs. EC Red Bull Salzburg 4:6 (2:3, 0:2, 2:1)

With the first road win in the series EC Red Bull Salzburg took the lead against Fehervar. Despite the Red Bulls having a 3-goal-advantage twice, it always remained thrilling. Hughes, Duncan and Regner put the guests 3:0 ahead in the first but a Luttinen brace on power play made it a one-goal game again. With two more Salzburg goals from Raffl and Duncan they had a 5:2 advantage after 40 minutes. In the third Fehervar came back but with 4 minutes to go Duncan scored his hat trick for a 6:4 final result.

In Sunday's last game spusu Vienna Capitals earned a hard-fought 5:2 home win against HC Orli Znojmo. Despite the Czechs getting an early lead, the Caps turned it around with two PP goals and Sondre Olden made it 3:1 with a beauty. Vainonen halved the deficit with his econd of the night but Vause restored the two-goal lead again. Schneider finished off the scoring for a 5:2 home win.
