On the basis of the "Return to Play" concept submitted and many positive discussions with the relevant public authorities, the league is still holding on to a season start on September, 25th. However, as major influencing factors have not yet been determined in questions of possible spectator capacities and the resulting revenues - which account for a significant share of the club budgets - there is no economic basis for the clubs to make new commitments in terms of squad planning. The remaining ten clubs, however, agreed to Hydro Fehérvár AV19's request that the Hungarians be allowed to announce players they had already signed before the league-wide transfer ban. The overall situation will be further evaluated in weekly video conferences and in the light of new information.
