The LIWEST Black Wings Linz bound former NHL first round pick Mark McNeill. After two NHL-games and 411 games in the American Hockey League, the forward heads into his first overseas campaign.

With adding Mark McNeill to its roster, the LIWEST Black Wings Linz hired a former NHL first round pick. The Canadian was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks back in 2011, after he was named Canadian U18 national team player. Further, he was promoted to his home country squad for the World Juniors in 2013. During his career he showed up twice in NHL and played 411 games in the American Hockey League, posting 224 points (100G | 124 A). McNeill can be used as a center as well as a wing and is known as a reliable scorer with huge impact during PP an PK.
