The defender has a very good shot and knows the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga already quite well. Tomassoni started his career in the NCAA team of the Miami University of Ohio and made 2012 for the first time the jump to Europe in the DEL. In the following season he clinched the title together with Bozen. The next season he spent in Germany again, this time in the DEL2. Together with the Frankfurt he won the title a few months ago again. Tomassoni made his breakthrough in the second German league, this is why the Foxes management wanted to have him back.

„I can’t wait to come back to the foxes. I made a real good experience here and I enjoyed playing together with the team. It was an easy decision for me and I hope that we are able to build a good team again. I was quite successful in Germany and will now to continue being successful in the EBEL. I’m really looking forward to get in touch with the Foxes fans again.”
