KHL Medvescak Zagreb presented with Center David Brine (CRO/CAN), who played for the Croatians already from 2011 until 2013 in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga, Forward Tero Koskiranta (FIN) and defenseman Adam Deutsch (SWE) their first three players for their comeback-season in Austrias highest League. First transfer news from Zagreb
KHL Medvescak Zagreb presented with the forwards David Brine (CRO/CAN) and Tero Koskiranta (FIN) and defenseman Adam Deutsch (SWE) their first three players for their comeback-season in the Erste Bank Eishockey League. For David Brine and Adam Deutsch it is a return to the Croatian city.
David Brine played already from 2011 until 2013 for KHL Medvescak Zagreb in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga. In those days the Center scored 66 points (16G/49A) from 118 games for the Bears. In the following seasons Brine played in Asia, Denmark, Germany, Italy and lately one year in Wales at Cardiff Devils. With Cardiff Brine became EIHL-Champion 2017, the 32-years old Forward scored twelve points (2G/10A) from 54 games. Since two years Brine, who is known as a hard worker, is also a key-player in the Croatian National Team.
Best known at KHL Medvescak Zagreb is also Adam Deutsch. The 22-years old defenseman played already in the 2015/16-season for the Bears in the KHL and could score one goal from 20 games. Past season the Swedish youngster played in his home-country for Almtuna IS in the Allsvenskan and made three points (2G//1A, Plus-Minus: +9) from 49 games.
New at KHL Medvescak Zagreb is Tero Koskiranta. The 33-years old Forward spend so far nearly his complete career in his home-county Finland. The Fin brings much experience and scoring-power to Croatia, he made already 274 points (105G/169A) from 565 Liiga-games. The last season Koskiranta spend with SaiPA, scoring 30 points (16G/14A) from 56 Liiga-games. With the Espoo Blues (2008) and with the Pelicans from Lahti (2012) the Forward reached the Finals in Finland.
 
Goalscorer LoVecchio back at Szekesfehervar
Goalscorer Jeff LoVecchio is back at Fehervar AV19! The US-American played already in the 2014/15-season for the Hungarians in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga and scored 21 goals and 14 Assists from 39 games. In the last two years the 31-years old Power-Forward played for the Nippon Paper Cranes in the Asia League and convinced with another 114 points from 103 games.
