The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan have signed a new goalie in Dominik Groh. While league newcomers KHL Sisak presented four new arrivals, several other clubs have also made transfer decisions in the last few days.

Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan signed goalie Dominik Groh to fill the void left by the injured Jakob Rabanser. The 26-year-old Czech comes from Orli Znojmo, with whom he also spent two years in the win2day ICE Hockey League. The club extended contracts with defenders Alexander Brunner and Daniel Soraruf as well with forward Adam Capannelli. The 25-year-old Canadian was the third-best scorer in the past Alps Hockey League season, when he recorded 75 points (35G, 40A).

KHL Sisak annonced the signing of Niko Mikkola, who can play both defense and attack. The 27-year-old comes from Mestis side Hokki, where he earned most points last season. Apart from his home country, Mikkola has also played in Sweden, Poland and Romania. The Croatian club also signed forwards Vlastimil Dostalek (29/CZE) and Bruno Idzan (18/CRO) as well as defender Jan Smolec. Most recently Smolec was under contract in France, the 27-year-old is also a member of the Croatian national team.

Kai Suikkanen is the new head coach of Hafro Cortina Hockey. The 65-year-old Finn was last active at Caldaro and in the DEL. Before that he was head coach for many years in the win2day ICE Hockey League at Dornbirn and the HCB Südtirol Alperia. With the South Tyroleans he even became champion in 2018. Former HCB and Fassa Falcons player Leonardo Felicetti also signed with Cortina. The 24-year-old forward scored 40 points in 87 AHL games so far. In addition, goaltender Hayden Hawkey and winger Marco Sanna extended their contracts.

Teruto Nakajima is the next Japanese international to move to HC Meran/o. Last April, the forward took part in the World Championship Division 1 in Bolzano together with new signing Riku Ishida and coach Skalde, recording 4 points in 5 games. The 22-year-old will now play his first season outside of Japan.

EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel have signed youngster Lukas Waschnig. The 19-year-old forward has played for the EC-KAC Future Team in the past two seasons, where he gained a total of 15 points in 45 league games.

Following the departures of Daniil Kulintsev and Henri Auvinen, EC Bregenzerwald has once again become active on the transfer market. With the signing of Patrick Kookmaa, a young defenceman from Estonia comes to Vorarlberg. The 20-year-old most recently played for HC Panter Tallinn and has already made 37 appearances for the senior national team. In addition, Martin Urbanek joined the Vorarlberg side. The 22-year-old defenceman comes from Kitzbühel.

HK RST-Pellet Celje signed Gregor Zezelj for the upcoming season. Last campaign, the 22-year-old joined Celje on loan and earned 3 points in 11 AHL games. The forward also played for HK Slavija Junior and win2day ICE Hockey League side HK SŽ Olimpija in the past years.

The Rittner Buam SkyAlps signed 23-year-old Jake Flynn. The US-American last played in the NCAA and ECHL. Ritten is the defender´s first club in Europe.

Tadej Cimzar is staying with HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice. The 32-year-old has plenty of experience, having collected 192 points in 202 league games to date.
