Nico Feldner spent his junior days in the Red Bull Academy and made his debut for the Red Bulls in the win2day ICE Hockey League in 2018. The Tyrolean native played the last two seasons with HC TIWAG Innsbruck. In 93 appearances for the Sharks, Feldner earned 46 points (19 goals) and also became member of the Austrian national team. As a major highlight, the Linz newcomer celebrated his first appearances at a senior World Championship last year in Finland.

"Linz is a top address and I definitely wanted to take the opportunity to take my next steps under Philipp Lukas. I want to continue to build on my performances of the last few seasons and learn a lot more. I'm really looking forward to getting to know the fans and the club. I'm sure we'll celebrate some great evenings and many victories together in the Linz AG Eisarena," reports the newcomer.

Lattner stays in Innsbruck
HC TIWAG Innsbruck was able to reach an agreement with captain Jan Lattner on a contract extension for two more years. The 33-year-old Czech will thus enter his fifth season with the Tyroleans in the fall. Lattner previously played eight seasons for Znojmo, recording 371 points in 615 league games so far. "I am happy to be able to continue playing for the Sharks. My family and I like it so much in Tyrol, it's our second home. We want to put a good squad on the ice, get steadily better and reach the playoffs again in the end," says Lattner.
