On January 5th in Villach, an incident occurred involving VSV player #67 Jordan Caron, which is deemed fighting. A 5 minute major penalty was assessed by the on-ice officials.

As the video shows, Villach player #67 Jordan Caron engages in a fight with Graz player #92 Charles Dodero.

All teams have been told, fighting, roughing and altercations have been clearly defined for supplementary discipline purposes and there is no reason for this type of physical actions. The fact that game officials are not to enter altercations, fighting is banned and a fight puts multiple people at risk under Covid-19 conditions, supplementary discipline is required.

Effective immediately, Jordan Caron (#67) of EC GRAND Immo VSV is suspended for 1 game.
