Jordan Subban got an automatic suspension for one game because of his second fight this season.

According to the Arbitrator and after reviewing video evidence, player Jordan Subban (#7) of Dornbirn Bulldogs, time 55:20, engaged in a fight with an opponent deemed as Fighting IIHF Rule 141.

Neither fight was it determined that the opposing player was the instigator. Jordan Subban was deemed a willing combatant, constituting his 2nd fighting major in the 2019/20 ERSTE BANK Eishockey Liga season on 22.11.2019.

Jordan Subban is suspended automatically for the ensuing ERSTE BANK Eishockey Liga game, according to the ERSTE BANK Eishockey Liga Game Book D | Casebook -§25 Rule141-Fighting | Automatic Supplementary Discipline (DOPS) | (1) which states “If a player is assessed a fighting major for the 2nd time during the ERSTE BANK Eishockey Liga regular season, such player is assessed an automatic one (1) game suspension, in addition to any other penalties assessed.”
