Philipp Kreuzer moves to Zell am See

The EK Zeller Eisbären completed their roster planning for the upcoming season in the Alps Hockey League with the signing of Philipp Kreuzer. In addition, there were further transfers for some teams.

One week after the contract extension with defender Lasse Uusivirta, the Rittner Buam have signed another player from Finland. It's winger Jari Sailio, who brings the experience of over 850 appearances in his country's highest league and two championships won to Klobenstein.



The EK Zeller Eisbären announced the signing of Philipp Kreuzer and thus also finished the roster planning for the upcoming AHL season. The 26-year-old winger played for Villach in the bt-at-home ICE Hockey League last season, before that Kreuzer was under contract with EC-KAC for years.



The 18-year-old Fabian Dellagiacoma is the next new arrival at HC Merano. The defender comes from his home club Eppan, for whom he played 48 IHL games in the last two years. In addition, the talent was also called up to the Italian national team once.



Goalkeeper Val Usnik joins the EC-KAC Future Team. The 20-year-old Slovenian, who played in a total of four U18 and U20 World Championships for his home country, is thus facing his first full season in senior hockey.



HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice signed Finnish centre Jesperi Viikilä. The 26-year-old comes from the Polish side STS Sanok, for whom he scored 27 points (9G, 18A) in 40 games last season. Before that, Viikilä played in the Finnish junior leagues and Mestis.



After the two forwards Luca Biondi and Alfeo Deluca, defender Marco Defrancesco has also extended his contract with the Fassa Falcons. The 22-year-old already played the last two seasons with his home club - in 76 AHL games Defrancesco recorded five assists.
