Purdeller commits to the Wolves
21-year-old forward Tommy Purdeller has signed a two-year contract extension with HC Pustertal. The South Tyrolean native returned to his home club last season and made an immediate impact, recording 38 points and an impressive +16 rating. A regular member of the Italian national team, Purdeller was also part of the squad that earned promotion to the Top Division. His standout performances earned him the Young Star Awardof the 2024/25 win2day ICE Hockey League season.

Mattias Sholl completes Innsbruck’s goalie trio
HC TIWAG Innsbruck has added Mattias Sholl to its goaltending lineup. The 24-year-old American joins from the NCAA and ECHL, making his first move overseas. In Innsbruck, he will form a trio in the crease alongside Jakob Brandner and Markus Gratzer. The Sholl name is already familiar to ICE fans: his older brother Tomas played two seasons with HC Pustertal.
