Referees: MORI, PINIE, M. De Zordo, Piras.

The big-match of the evening didn’t disappoint the expectations. Immediately a lot of tension and a hard-fought like in a playoff match for the public's fun. Surely the Lustenau was more aggressive in attack: the Austrians then in powerplay were very incisive but they didn’t find the net. At the end of the first Markus Gander had the biggest chance but the opening period was without goals. In the middle of the match, the game took off. Teemu Virtala scored for the Wolves after a good pass but the Austrian answer was immediate. Maximilian Wilfan equalized the result with a winning deviation. Then a big chance for both but the result remained in a tie. In the third time, Bruneck immediately achieved with a wrist shot by Raphael Andergassen. Then Val Pusteria insisted but thanks to this goal the Wolves remained at the top of the standings with eight wins in eight games.

The game was at eye level early but then Jesenice became stronger with each passing minute. As a result Luka Basic (13') opened the scoring and just 65 seconds later defender Jesse Jyrkkiö doubled the lead. Despite outshooting their opponents in the first, Ritten was trailing by two. It took until the final minute of the middle frame for some more goals. First, Basic made it a three-goal game but with Olegs Sislannikovs got Ritten on the scoreboard soon later. However, with ten minutes to go Basic lit the lamp for his hat trick to make the game safe. Ritten could not bounce back and suffered their first home defeat this season.
