After five consecutive defeats the Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina returned to victory against EC Bregenzerwald for 6:1. The home team couldn't have Alessandro Zanatta, Moser and Pompanin but recovered Ayotte who returned to play after two games. The special team of the home team always remained the protagonist in the second period.  Di Diomete and Sanna doubled in powerplay in just over two minutes for the Cortina, which reached the 4:0 (24. E 26.). After this goal the ECB changed the goalkeeper: Alexander Schmidt entered and Karlo Skec left. But the game was firmly in the hands of Cortina, who scored two more goals between the end of the second period and the beginning of the third period with Barnabò and again Devin Diomete. Referees: LESNIAK, MOSCHEN, Piras, Snoj.

The Sterzing couldn’t have Daniel Erlacher and after 12 minutes also Jure Sotlar in not perfect physical condition for the flu. The Wolves couldn’t rely on Marko Virtala, Thomas Erlacher and Grossgasteiger. The first period was miserly with emotion. Teams played contracts as they created few opportunities. The home team was a little more enterprising with a deflection by Tommy Gschnizter and a fast action by Mantinger and Kofler. The first period was without nets. The Broncos opened the second half in superiority but the result didn’t change. The visitors took 23 seconds to score two goals shortly after halfway through the game (31.). Armin Hofer from behind passed the puck to Alex De Lorenzo Meo who found the first goal of the match with a shot far from precise. In the next action, after a shot by Armin Helfer from the blue, the puck entered in the net perhaps after a deflection. At the end of the second period, the Wipptal returned to attack but Bruneck was ahead 2:0. During the third period the Pustertal controlled without any problems and despite two penalties for the part, the result didn’t change anymore. The Wolves won the regular season of Alps Hockey League with mathematical certainty. Colin Furlong gained the ninth consecutive shutout. During the third period Broncos couldn’t dispose of Borgatello and Kruselburger.
