>Danny Irmen has scored the fastest goal in the Playoffs so far. The US-Forward gave EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz a 1:0-lead against EC VSV after just 11 seconds (!) in the second Quarterfinal-game on February 26th 2013. The Upper Austrians won that game in Villach (3:2).
>The longest Playoff game in Erste Bank Eishockey Liga has been played between EC VSV and EC Red Bull Salzburg on March 13th 2015. John Hughes netted the 3:2-Game Winner for the Mozart Citizens in the second Quarterfinal-game 2015 in Villach after 111:39 minutes!
>All four home-teams won their first Playoff game last season.
>Rafael Rotter of Vienna Capitals has been the first Austrian player leading the scoring-statistics in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga after the regular season.
