Reigning champions Val Gadrena extends with several key players

Reigning champions HC Gherdeina valgardena.it have extended the contracts of several key players. Among those staying with the first time champions are captain Simon Pitschieler and Vlastimil Dostálek. In recent days, HC Meran/o Pircher, S.G. Cortina Hafro, Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan and KHL Sisak have also announced new signings.

HC Gherdeina valgardena.it unveiled its first major contract extensions for the upcoming season. In addition to captain Simon Pitschieler, Vlastimil Dostálek, Dmitri Vozovik, Sacha Guimond, Davide Schiavone, Stephan Deluca, Luca Biondi, Julian Senoner and Hannes Kasslatter will continue to wear the jersey of the reigning champions next season.

HC Meran/o Pircher
Meran has strengthened its defensive unit by signing 21-year-old Federico Gisonna. The Italian defenceman has spent the past few years playing in Switzerland and made four appearances for the GDT Bellinzona Snakes in the Swiss League last season.

S.G. Cortina Hafro
After four seasons in Meran, Nick Rein has joined Cortina. The 29-year-old defenceman made a total of 185 appearances for the Eagles, recording 63 points during his time with the club.

Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan
Sterzing announced the signing of Carter Randklev. The 26-year-old US-American spent last season in Norway, marking his first campaign in European hockey.

KHL Sisak
Sisak has added Lovro Kumanovič to its roster. The 22-year-old forward spent the past two seasons with Ljubljana after previously making 100 appearances for Jesenice in the Alps Hockey League. In addition, the Croatian club extended the contract of defenceman Nejc Brus. The 26-year-old will enter his second season with Sisak.
