HC Aqotec Orli Znojmo has presented an eleven-player basic squad for its comeback season in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League. On Monday, May 3rd, the Czech team started its summer preparation.

With Radim Matuš, the Czechs will retain their captain from the 2019/20 season. In total, he played 141 ICE games, made exactly 60 points (21G|39A). In addition, the two veterans Vojtěch Němec and Tomáš Svoboda also remain part of the "eagles", both have played over 450 games in the Czech Extraliga in the past.

Jakub Köver, loaned to iClinic Bratislava Capitals (2G|1A) last season, Michal Kvasnica, Vladimír Oščádal and Ondřej Svoboda still have valid contracts in Znojmo. The defenders Adam Sedlák, Dominik Tejnor and David Stránský will also start again. 23-year-old Dominik Groh will be one of Znojmo's goalkeepers.
