Two days after winning the win2day ICE Hockey League season 21-22, EC Red Bull Salzburg has made first personnel decisions, as a total of 17 players of the championship team have a contract for the upcoming season. The coaching team remains in Salzburg too.

An existing contract with the newly crowned champion of the win2day ICE Hockey League have Dominique Heinrich, Philipp Wimmer, Florian Baltram, Mario Huber, Paul Huber, Ty Loney, Oskar Maier, Benjamin Nissner, Aljaž Predan, Peter Schneider, Lucas Thaler, Ali Wukovits and Luca Auer. In addition, the contracts with Atte Tolvanen, Lukas Schreier, Tim Harnisch and Thomas Raffl were extended. The coaching team with Head Coach Matt McIlvane, Assistant Coaches Daniel Petersson and Ben Cooper as well as Goalie Coach Markus Kerschbaumer will also continue their work with the "Red Bulls".

Six players leave Salzburg
Meanwhile, six players have left EC Red Bull Salzburg.
