Third ranked bet-at-home ICE Hockey League team EC Red Bull Salzburg has strengthened its offensive squad by signing Jack Skille. The 33-year-old US-American last played at DEL side Nürnberg Ice Tigers and gained huge experience by playing ten years in the NHL.

Chicago Blackhawks, Florida Panthers, Columbus Blue Jackets, Colorado Avalanche and Vancouver Canucks - for these five teams, Jack Skille played in the NHL. In ten seasons in the best league in the world, the forward played 374 games, scored 43 goals and dished 42 assists. With the US national junior team, he won gold at the U18 World Championships in the Czech Republic.

At the beginning of the 17-18 season he moved to Europe: after one season in the KHL (Dynamo Riga), one in the NLA (Genève-Servette HC) followed and then the got transferred in the DEL to the Nuremberg Ice Tigers, where he played 16 games (7G | 3A).

"I want to help the team to win games and the championship and I want to set a good example for the young players," the forward names as goals.
