Slovenian Maks Selan will play for the HC Gherdeina valgardena.it in the coming season. The 32-years old already played in the Alps Hockey League with the HK SZ Olimpija, Milano Rossoblu and the EK Die Zeller Eisbären. In addition, the Steel Wings Linz signed Canadian forward Michael Farren. A contract extension was announced by HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice.

Defender Maks Selan will play for the HC Gherdeina valgardena.it in the coming season. The 32-years old already played in the Alps Hockey League with the HK SZ Olimpija, Milano Rossoblu and the EK Die Zeller Eisbären. In 107 games the Slovenian scored 88 points. Last season Selan was active with UTE Jégkorong in Hungary, scoring 30 points.



Farren strengthens the Steel Wings

Forward Michael Farren will strengthen the Steel Wings Linz in the coming season. The Canadian comes to Europe for the first time after playing the last five campaigns in the Western Hockey League - in a total of 248 games the 21-year-old recorded 107 points (37G, 70A).



Jesenice extends with Ščap

Luka Ščap will continue to defend for HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice in the coming campaign. In the past season, the 29-year-old, who also played for several Slovenian youth national teams during his career, made 37 AHL appearances.
