In his three seasons in the league so far, Senna Peeters has recorded 74 points (33G & 41A) in 150 games. The new arrival has been particularly impressive against the Vienna Capitals. Against his current employer, the forward scored 15 points (8 goals + 7 assists) in 16 games. In the STEFFL Arena alone, Peeters recorded ten points (6 goals + 4 assists) in nine matches. Peeters also played 16 international matches for the Austrian men's national team.

Senna Peeters: "I'm super happy that I'll be part of the Capitals organisation next season. After a year in which I learnt a lot, this is a great opportunity for me. Playing in a playoff final is something very special, it's also something I want to experience with the Capitals. I'm really looking forward to the STEFFL Arena. Not only are the fans in Vienna very passionate, I've always performed well there in the past. Now I want to build on that in a Caps jersey."

Luis Lindner first new signing in Linz
The Steinbach Black Wings Linz have announced their first new signing for the 2025-26 season: Luis Lindner. The Carinthian-born defenceman, who played several years in the Red Bull Academy, spent the last five seasons in North America, where he played 127 NCAA games. The 23-year-old is currently preparing for the World Championships with the Austrian national team, and Lindner was also on the ice for the sensational home win against world champions Czech Republic.

Luis Lindner: "I'm very happy to be in Linz now. The fans here are incredible - you could see that especially in the playoffs, when the whole city was behind the team. I would describe myself as a two-way defenceman who runs a lot and can make an impact both defensively and offensively. My goal is to get back to the playoffs with Linz and build on the success of recent years."

Frycklund extends his contract in Bruneck
Mikael Frycklund remains with HC Pustertal. The forward came to Bruneck in the summer of 2022 and soon became a leading player. In his first two seasons with the wolves, he recorded 64 points (29G & 35A) in 104 games. Frycklund is currently preparing for the upcoming World Championship Division IA with the Italian national team.
